Hi, I'm Vojta 👋
I'm a designer—UX, product, service, interaction, lead and such. I've been at it for over ten years, working for startups, enterprises, NGOs and freelance. It's on my LinkedIn.
I strive to also do things outside of my industry, like art directing a 360° astronomical observatory movie, typesetting a publication, or designing a pirate ship. I also take a lot of picture and then don't really do anything with them, so here's a few very old ones.

Some of my projects
Česko.digital
I helped a Czech NGO that supports digitalization redesign their website. We kicked off with a workshop and followed up with interviews to build an overview of opportunities and problems, then built on that in a very lean approach, to deliver as much value as possible as fast as possible. Everything was co-designed with the Č.D team. The feedback is that we managed to prevent "losing" users and start serving new user groups.
Česká televize
I worked mostly on the streaming service iVysílání, touching on a very broad range of topics, for example accessibilty and content availability.
We established a brand new accessibility team, its internal processes, and a single contact point, all of which helped us tackle problems that spanned across departments, handle communication with concerned public as well as professional organisations and associations—and cross some of the biggest problems off the list we put together with them.
Memsource
A very complex product, serving a varied range of user roles and usecases. One of the main projects I handled in Memsource was researching everyday users' workflows and re-imagining the architecture of the app so it provides what they need and doesn't bother them with what they don't.
